Role Overview

Apply advanced Sanskrit expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, high-quality language input. This remote contract role focuses on translation, interpretation, content development, and linguistic quality assurance; prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate, review, and proofread Sanskrit texts for accuracy and clarity.
• Create high-quality Sanskrit content for educational, cultural, and digital uses.
• Interpret and provide context for classical Sanskrit literature.
• Advise on effective Sanskrit language use in modern settings.
• Help design learning materials and resources for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver linguistically sound work.
• Conduct quality assurance for language-related deliverables.

Qualifications

• Advanced Sanskrit proficiency, including strong grammar and syntax skills.
• Demonstrated Sanskrit translation, writing, or editing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain close attention to linguistic accuracy in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with digital document-editing and collaboration tools.
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to preserving and promoting Sanskrit heritage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Sanskrit, linguistics, or a related field.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $45 to $95 per hour.
